Our pastries are sold by the pound or by the tray. A
four pound tray contains 70-80 pieces of baklava and
the eight pound tray has about 160 pieces.
The yufka (filo dough) is avalable in packs of three or
ten. The standard yufka is 30" round. Pre-cut
triangular yufka for making your own sigara borek is
also available.
Customers can stop by the Sweet Shop any day of
the week from 9 am to 5 pm to make their selections.
